How to combine PDFs and images into one PDF
PDF Ready can turn a mixed set of supported PDFs and images into one ordered PDF without sending the document content to a server. The key is to arrange the workspace in the same order you want the final pages.
Supported inputs
Each supported image becomes a page in the workspace. A PDF expands into its individual pages so you can arrange those pages alongside images.
The workspace order becomes the final PDF page order
Final PDF → pages 1, 2, 3, 4 in this same workspace order.
You can drag a whole page card to reorder it. The interface also provides accessible Move page earlier and Move page later controls, which are useful when precise pointer dragging is inconvenient.
Rotate or remove pages before creating the output
Each page card has left/right rotation controls and a delete control. Rotation changes the page orientation used in the output. Deleting removes that workspace page from the final document; it does not alter your original source file on disk.
Image page treatment applies to image inputs
The image is fitted into the page with white space as needed rather than stretched or cropped.
Useful when Letter is the desired image-page canvas.
Preserves the image's own aspect-ratio treatment rather than forcing an A4/Letter canvas.
This control is for image pages. It does not mean imported existing PDF pages are automatically converted to A4 or Letter just because that option is selected.
Images are fitted without stretching or cropping
For image inputs, PDF Ready uses a fit/white-page treatment. The image remains proportional, and unused page area can remain white. It is document assembly, not an automatic crop editor.
You can combine assembly with an optional maximum size
After arranging the document, you may enter a maximum PDF size in KB or MB. PDF Ready then creates the combined document and validates the actual output against that maximum. If the limit cannot be reached within the available safe optimization path, it reports failure rather than pretending the requirement passed.

Privacy and document boundaries
Normal PDF/image inspection, page preparation and output generation happen locally in the browser. PDF Ready is not an OCR tool, text editor or signature editor.
- Password-protected PDFs are rejected; remove the password before importing.
- Interactive PDF forms are unsupported. Flatten the form first so field data is not silently lost.
- The workspace is limited to 50 pages total.
- The UI presents a 25 MB per file input limit.
Those limits are safety boundaries for the current product, not official requirements from an upload destination.
